What's New
The release introduces the following new functionality.
Procorem WorkCenters
A WorkCenters menu link has been added to the left navigation panel for deals and funds. You can configure WorkCenters from the List WorkCenters screen. The screen displays a list of all associated WorkCenters.

The Set Primary WorkCenter screen allows for the creation of a new WorkCenter, or linking an existing WorkCenter.

Create a new WorkCenter; Link an existing WorkCenter
ProLink Solutions has added the Get Files from Procorem feature to allow access to files stored on Procorem in any of the WorkCenters linked to an object. You can find this option on all Documents hubs and tabs in ProLinkAIM.

User Defined Fields Changes
Two new security privileges control access to administration of the User Defined Fields functionality in the Admin panel:

Modify
In addition, users will only see a User Defined Fields tab on the screen if the administrator has configured user defined fields for the object.
Proposed Closed Date
The Proposed Closed Date is no longer an editable field on the Deal Details screen. The Proposed Closed Date on the Overview screen is now updated from the Estimated Date column of the Actual Closing stage in the Status History grid on the Deal Details screen.

Deal Details; Deal Overview
Insurance List Screen
The List Insurance Policies screen includes grouping. The default grouping is by Responsible Entity. The first sort is by Responsible Entity; the second sort is by Insurance Type.

New Loan Type Field
The Deal Details screen (Main tab) includes a new field called Loan Type, with the system values of Hard Debt Only, Hard plus Soft Debt, and Soft Debt Only. The field is also included in the deal-level data views.

If Soft Debt Only is selected and you are using AHIC risk elements, then the Debt Coverage Ratio risk elements (Code A, B, C, D, F) are not applied to the deal (for Risk Reviews created after Soft Debt Only is selected for Loan Type). As a result, you can bypass Debt Coverage Ratio related risk criteria for deals without hard debt.
