What's New
The release introduces the following new functionality.
New Entity User Defined Fields
ProLink added LegalEntity as a user defined field (UDF) object type. As a result, you can create UDFs for the Entity record. The custom fields are visible through the Edit Entity screen, and you can map the UDFs in SmartDox templates, access the UDFs for workflows, and view the UDFs in the Entities data view.
New Property Performance Summary Quarterly Report
The Reports panel now includes the Property Performance Summary Quarterly report for all customers. This report summarizes key quarterly performance metrics for the selected quarter and three preceding quarters at the individual deal level. To generate the report, select the property, year, and quarter in the report viewer.
Updates to the Investment Allocation Report 4.0
ProLink made the following updates to the Investment Allocation Report 4.0:
The report no longer includes prior period deals unless their Book Value is greater than the zero for the month immediately prior to the As of Date for the report.
If prior period deals show an As of Date book value of $0, the system excludes the deals from the Investment As Of Selected Date and Investment End of Cycle tabs.
The report excludes current period deals if the deal's Actual Close Date is after the As of Date of the report.
Updates to the Budget and Annual Financials Status
ProLink now prioritizes Final versions over Draft versions for Budget and Annual Financials:
ProLink updated the process for determining the Operating Budget Status to get the status from Final budget versions over Draft budget versions.
ProLink updated the process for determining the Annual Budget Status to get the status from Final budget versions over Draft budget versions.
