About Occupancy - Rehab

The Rehab tab allows you to track occupied units during rehab. The tab is hidden unless at least one property on the deal has a Project Type of Rehab - Gut or Rehab - Occupied (Edit Property).

Click into a row to open the corresponding Edit Occupancy Prior to Rehab screen.

The Avg Residential % is the sum of the Avg Residential Units divided by the Total Residential Units where Total Residential Units is the sum of all the Residential Units for all Buildings for the Property (Edit Building).

The Avg Tax Credit % is the sum of Avg Tax Credits divided by Total Tax Credits Units where Total Tax Credit Units is the sum of all # of 10 Yr TC Units and # of 15 Yr TC Credits for all Buildings for the Property (Edit Building).
