View the Fund's Lower Tier Deals

The Lower Tier Deals screens shows the lower tier deals that are currently associated to the fund as well as lower tier deals that have been associated to the fund in the past.

You can filter by the Status (based on the lower tier deal ownership schedule), Deal Type, and Phase.

The Lower Tier Deals grid provides the ownership information, while the Lower Tier Deal Details grid shows more specifics about the deals, such as Phase, Deal Type, and # of Properties.

Both grids include a Middle Tier column, which is populated with the Middle Tier Fund abbreviation when the Lower Tier Deal is not owned directly by the Fund, and instead owned through a Middle Tier Fund.
