Edit an Entity - Reporting Requirements Tab

The Reporting Requirements tab on the Edit Entity screen appears only when the entity primary role is Investor or when the entity is an owner on a syndicated fund ownership schedule. At the top of the screen, you can indicate whether the investor is a member of the Affordable Housing Investors Council (AHIC).

The Investor Reports grid lists the investor reports created for the entity and the periodicity of each report. These reports tell the investor how their deals are performing. The listing of reports is configurable.

You can create a new report by clicking New above the grid. Clicking an existing row opens the corresponding record.
