Manage Deal Details - Pipeline Report Items Tab
The Pipeline Report Items tab contains information that may need to be tracked during the Pipeline stage of the deal, prior to commitments being made. Information such as types of loans and their corresponding amounts, development fees, and rate of return (IRR) are included.
The following fields are calculated, read-only fields:
Fee as a % of Total Development Costs—Total Development Fee / Total Development Cost
HD Percentage—Total Hard Debt Origination / Total Debt
