Weekly Production Report
The Weekly Production Report is available in the Reports section of the Reports panel.
The Weekly Production Report provides detailed information about Deals as they move through the Pipeline Stage. It is a weekly snapshot of the status changes that have occurred on Pipeline Deals since the previous run of the report at the end of the prior week. It includes the amount of Equity and Debt that will be required should the Deals ultimately close. The tracking is done through the Effective Dates for specific line items in the Status History grid (Deal Details).
The Reporting Period for the report will be the last full week (Sunday – Saturday) prior to the Report Date entered.
To generate the report:
Enter or select the Report Date.
Click View Report.
Save or print the report.

Previous Week Declined (Developer) | Displays Deals where the Effective Date for the Admission Stage of “Declined - Developer” is not blank and the Effective Date for the “LOI Issued” Admission Stage falls within the Reporting Period. |
Previous Week Letters of Intent/Term Sheets Signed | Displays Deals where the Effective Date for the Admission Stage of “LOI Signed” falls within the Reporting Period. |
Current Quarter Letters of Intent/Term Sheets Signed by Developer | Displays Developers on Deals where the Effective Date for the “LOI Signed” Admission Stage is during the current calendar quarter. |
Year-To-Date Letters of Intent/Term Sheets Signed by State | Displays States associated to Deals where the Effective Date for the “LOI Signed” Admission Stage is within the current calendar year. |
Previous Week Lower Tier Admissions/Closings | Displays Deals where the Deal Stage has been changed to Closing and the Effective Date for the “Actual Closing” Admission Stage falls within the Reporting Period. |
Year-To-Date Lower Tier Admissions/Closings | Displays Deals where the Deal Stage has been changed to Closing and the Effective Date for the “Actual Closing” Admission Stage falls between the beginning of the calendar year until the end of the Reporting Period. |
Year-To-Date Lower Tier Admissions/Closings by State | Displays States where the Deal Stage has been changed to Closing and the Effective Date for the “Actual Closing” Admission Stage falls between the beginning of the calendar year until the end of the Reporting Period. |
