Validation Error Messages
Data sent by a SmartDox document to the ProLink application is subject to the same validation rules that would apply if the data were entered directly into the web-based ProLink application. These validation rules often cover the formatting of data, the length of data, or the values that are required or allowed given other data in the system, among other things.
Regardless of the specific validation error, if the ProLink application will not accept the data sent by SmartDox, an error window will appear.

To resolve the issue, correct the data for the mapped field mentioned in the error message and click the Send Data button again.
