System Requirements
Important
Make sure you are using the current version of SmartDox. You can view the version in the About window, accessible from the ProLink menu in Word or Excel. For help upgrading, contact support@prolinksolutions.com.
The following table reflects base system requirements for installing and using SmartDox. If you do not intend to map or get and send data to/from the ProLink application, you are not required to install ProLink SmartDox. SmartDox is a standalone MSI and is installed on an individual user’s computer.

If you are using a version different from the versions we have listed above, you might experience inconsistencies or issues with SmartDox. Please contact support@prolinksolutions.com if you have questions.
To verify SmartDox installation, open Microsoft Excel or Word. In addition to the usual Microsoft Office menus, a new ProLink menu should be visible.
