Manage the Property Details - Amenities Tab

The Amenities tab contains property-level amenities and utility responsibilities. You can select from a set of amenities those that apply to the property. You can also create custom amenities by selecting one of the Other options in the Custom Amenities section and labeling it in the corresponding Comment field. The last section on the screen allows you to track the specific utilities associated to the property, and whether the tenant or landlord is responsible for paying them.
