Introduction to ProLinkAIM Construction

Tracking the progress of a construction budget and its draws can be instrumental to a tax credit deal. ProLinkAIM's construction functionality allows you to manage your construction budget at a line item level to ensure the construction stays on track and the funding for the expenditures is available. You can manage draws, change orders, and inspections for each construction budget.

Budget tracking begins with identifying the sources that will be needed for construction, whether hard costs, soft costs, or some other type of cost. ProLinkAIM functionality is configurable where organizations can customize their line items from extremely detailed to more general to meet their unique business needs. A pre-determined list of categories and line items is available, but you can easily create additional ones.
